Forster’s work at Lochgelly High School for Fife Council attracted interest from the construction press recently with features appearing in both the RCI and Project Scotland publications.
The articles concentrated on Forster’s adoption of Alliance Warranty Management’s (AWM) Pioneer scheme which guaranteed the design and workmanship of our roofing work at Lochgelly. The scheme which combines a 10 year guarantee with weekly quality assurance audits ensured that our work was carried out according to the agreed specification.
'The scheme proved a great success and gave a high level of assurance to the Council. It’s our intention to use the scheme again in the future” said Steve Scott, Forster’s Commercial Director.
